My Supplement of Choice

Now, I know many of you think that I was born with this hot body and am naturally skinny. Well truth be known that it takes some work to stay like this. Of course it helps that I get a lot of great sex for exercise, but I also have to eat right and watch what I eat. Something I hate to do.
So to make up for the Las Vegas lifestyle, my bad habits and all the dinning temptations we have here, I do take supplements. But I found out they are all not the same. I found out the hard way with bad results and a lot of stomach issues.
Thankfully one of my fans here started to talk me into taking a Whole Foods based Multi-Vitamin. He recommended Prograde Nutrition’s VGF 25+ for Women. They have one for men and I recommended those to Mr Wonderful..
It’s actually really cool because it’s literally made from 25 veggies, greens and fruits. Something my mom always tried to get into my head was to eat fruits and veggies regularly. You should take a look at Prograde’s Vitamins, I did and liked what I saw ..
